Sports Chiropractic

Sports Chiropractor on the Mornington Peninsula

Back, neck, hip or shoulder pain getting in the way of your sport? We find what's driving it and give you a clear plan to keep training and get back to full performance.

Whether you run, swim, surf, play footy, netball, tennis or golf, sport puts repeated load through the same joints and muscles. When something is stiff or weak, the load shifts elsewhere, and that's often where pain starts.

Assessment

Injury history, the demands of your sport, and joint, movement and strength testing.

Adjustments

Chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work to settle pain and restore movement.

Rehab Plan

Exercises to build mobility, strength and control, progressed as you improve.

Return To Sport

A graded plan for getting back to full training and competition.

Play Golf?

Dr Nick is TPI Level 1 Certified. Our Golf Performance Assessment includes a TPI physical screen and your Golf Physical Handicap, to find the limitations affecting your swing and your back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to stop training?

Usually not completely. We aim to keep you as active as is sensible, adjusting your load while things settle rather than stopping altogether.

Do you see juniors?

Yes. We see teenagers involved in sport, with a parent or guardian present for anyone under 18.

Can I claim on my health fund?

If you have chiropractic extras cover you may be able to claim. Check with your fund for your rebate.
