Back, hip or neck pain affecting your game? Our Golf Performance Assessment finds the physical limitations behind it and gives you a clear plan to get back on the course.

Upper back rotation assessment

Your Body Shapes Your Swing

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) teaches that many swing faults come from how your body moves, not just technique. If your hips or upper back don't rotate well, your body finds another way to make the turn. Often that extra load goes through the lower back, neck or elbows.

A lesson can show you what the swing should look like. A physical assessment shows whether your body can actually do it, and what is getting in the way.

Golf and injury history: how often you play, where it hurts, and when in the swing or round it shows up.

TPI physical screen: hip and upper back rotation, pelvic control, balance, and shoulder and wrist mobility.

Your Golf Physical Handicap: a simple score showing how your mobility, stability and balance measure up to what the golf swing demands, so you can track your progress over time.

Spinal and joint examination focused on the areas causing you trouble, with plain-English findings linked to your swing, and a clear plan: chiropractic adjustments plus targeted exercises for home or before a round.

No. Many golfers book to find out what is limiting their rotation or consistency before it becomes a problem.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in, as the screen involves movement tests.

Can I claim it on my health fund?

If you have chiropractic extras cover you may be able to claim. Check with your fund for your rebate.

No. It works alongside coaching by addressing the physical side, so your body can make the movements your coach is teaching.
